Illuminating Ballet Odette
Description:
The idea for this piece came from that feeling one gets when doing something they are passionate about and in while doing so, the whole world around them seems to dissipate. Here I have featured a ballerina against an illuminating background created with acrylic ink, acrylic paint, and a proprietary pouring medium. When I see a ballet, this is how I envision the dancer feels, graceful, immersed in their vocation.
